King Charles has issued a message following the November 1 attack in Cambridgeshire, in which 10 people were stabbed on a train to London King's Cross.

The statement began, "My wife and I are truly shocked and appalled to hear the news of the horrific knife attack on a train in Cambridgeshire last night." "Our deepest sympathies and condolences are with all those affected and their loved ones. We are particularly grateful for the response of the emergency services to this horrific incident."

Ten people were taken to hospital in the attack, nine of whom suffered life-threatening injuries. Police have said that two people have been arrested in connection with the attack on Saturday night after a "significant" number of police officers were called to Huntingdon station.

The attack forced the train to make an unscheduled stop there. Police have since stated that "there is nothing to suggest" that the knife attack on a train from Doncaster to London on Saturday was a "terrorist incident."

The King's message comes during his appearance at church on the Sandringham Estate on November 2. The monarch was seen arriving at St. Mary Magdalene Church wearing a suit and tan coat, and carrying an umbrella. Charles's visit to church is his second public appearance since it was announced on October 30 that his brother, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, would be stripped of all titles, offices, and honors.

On October 31, the monarch was spotted walking around his Sandringham estate. HELLO! has learned that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor will ultimately remain at Sandringham, where he was evicted from his home at Royal Lodge on the Windsor Home Park estate, along with being stripped of his titles.

The announcement about Andrew said: "Her Majesty has today begun the formal process of removing Prince Andrew's style, titles and honours. Prince Andrew will now be known as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor."

It continued: "His lease on Royal Lodge has, to date, provided him with legal protection to continue in residence. Formal notice has now been served to surrender the lease and he will move to alternative private accommodation. These censures are deemed necessary, notwithstanding the fact that he continues to deny the allegations against him."

The statement concluded: "Their Majesties wish to make clear that their thoughts and utmost sympathies have been, and will remain with, the victims and survivors of any and all forms of abuse." The decision made regarding Andrew's titles and residence follow his continued links to the late convicted sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein.

Andrew's friendship with the disgraced financier and the allegations published in Virginia Giuffre's posthumous memoir were contributing factors to the removal of his titles and loss of residence at the Royal Lodge. He vehemently denies all allegations.
