Gardaí Arrest 11 People on International Warrants
Gardaí have arrested 11 people wanted on suspicion of attempted murder and human trafficking, among other crimes, on international arrest warrants.
The arrests were made between November 3 and 5 in counties Dublin, Cavan, Meath, and Monaghan.
The operation was led by the Garda Extradition Unit, with support from members of other sections of the Garda National Criminal Investigation Bureau.
The operation resulted in the arrest of 11 people who have appeared in the High Court for crimes including attempted murder, drug supply, kidnapping, facilitating illegal immigration, human trafficking, theft, and road traffic offenses committed in jurisdictions including Northern Ireland, Poland, Romania, the Netherlands, Italy, Hungary, Germany, and Lithuania.
