The famous Coca-Cola truck has parked up in Speke as part of its Christmas tour. The famous red truck, which has become a festive staple since it appeared in the soft drink company's Holidays Are Coming advert in 1995, is parked near Burger King on Speke Boulevard between 12pm and 8pm today.
The renowned Christmas Truck Tour promises an "immersive, magical winter wonderland experience designed to bring communities together and ignite the true spirit of Christmas". Coca-Cola said visitors are invited to step into a "festive spectacle" while enjoying its famous beverage.
Elodie Peribere, senior marketing director for Coca-Cola Great Britain and Ireland, said: "Coca-Cola remains synonymous with Christmas, and we're delighted to bring back our iconic Truck Tour. This year, we’re encouraging everyone to 'Refresh Your Holidays' and take a well-deserved pause to create uplifting moments with loved ones.
"Our continued partnership with FareShare is incredibly important to us, and we hope to make this Christmas a little more meaningful for thousands of people across the country."
Coca-Cola said to celebrate the return of the truck tour it was making a direct donation to FareShare, a company which fights hunger and food waste, equivalent to one million meals.
The truck was previously at Liverpool ONE in December 2023. Its pit stop in Speke marks one of 15 visits around the country.
