The company has established a new office in Belfast and these positions will be filled over the next three years.

Florida-based Biller Genie provides a cloud-based accounts receivable platform that "automates bill presentation, follow-up, online payments, and reconciliation."

The company says it chose Northern Ireland after a thorough evaluation of several global locations, including Orlando, India, and South America.

Thomas Aronica, Founder and CEO of Biller Genie said they were "thrilled" to announce the opening of the new office in Belfast and said it marked a "major milestone" for the company.

"Northern Ireland stood out for its exceptional talent pool, world-class universities, and thriving tech community making it the perfect environment for innovation," he said.

Economy Minister Caoimhe Archibald described the jobs as a "vote of confidence" in the workforce and the thriving tech sector.

The minister added the jobs will have an average salary of £65,000 and "will provide excellent opportunities for local talent, while hybrid working arrangements will help ensure greater regional balance and accessibility".

Twenty of these new roles have already been established, and jobs will be available in the future for positions including software architects, senior developers, engineering managers and business analysts.
