The U.S. Army has launched a review after musician Kid Rock shared a video showing two military helicopters hovering outside his Tennessee home.
The Army stated that the AH-64 Apache helicopters were on a training route passing through the Nashville area—where the country-rock artist's hilltop mansion is located.
Army spokesperson Major Montrell Russell said, "An administrative review is underway to assess the mission and ensure compliance with regulations and airspace requirements." He added, "If any violations are found, appropriate action will be taken."

Kid Rock, a vocal supporter of President Donald Trump, posted footage on social media on Saturday in which he is seen pointing toward the aircraft from his outdoor pool.
In the caption accompanying the footage, the singer—known for the song "Born Free"—directed an expletive at California Governor Gavin Newsom. Newsom is a Democrat who frequently clashes with the Republican Trump.
In one clip, Kid Rock (whose real name is Robert Ritchie) can be seen standing poolside next to a replica of the Statue of Liberty, clapping and offering a salute; this occurs as an aircraft hovers overhead before flying away.

The caption read, "God bless America and all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice to defend it."
In a second video, Kid Rock is seen pumping his fist in the air as a second gunship aircraft appears to fly past his mansion—a residence Kid Rock refers to as the "Southern White House." Major Jonathon Bless, a spokesperson for the Army's 101st Airborne Division based at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, confirmed that an investigation into the matter has been initiated.
Bless stated, "We take all concerns regarding aircraft operations and their impact on the surrounding community seriously."
