Delonte West Arrested Again ...

Delonte West landed in jail again in Virginia—this time, in a scary situation.

The former NBA star was taken into custody on November 3rd when the Fairfax County Police Department received a call for service regarding a man unconscious and not breathing, the department told us.

Officers arrived at the scene, along with EMS, at a section of Fair Haven Avenue and Richmond Highway and found him breathing. Police told us they offered to take West to the hospital, but he declined.

They further explained that he was so intoxicated that he was arrested for his own safety.

West has been released on bail, and it's unclear whether he will face any charges at this time.

His latest arrest comes nearly a year after the same police department charged him with trespassing. We told you all about it – he returned to the place he was banned from on November 1, 2024, and the police had enough evidence to issue a warrant for his arrest.

We also reported this news when he was jailed in June 2024 for violating his release conditions and resisting arrest.

He had been detained several times before.
