Hamilton County jail records show that Kevin Farmer was arrested Saturday morning on charges of burglary and violating a protection order.
Court documents show that Farmer allegedly entered a victim's home "with the intent to commit a criminal offense therein."
Both stations reported that the victim in this case is Republican U.S. Congressional candidate Rosemary Ogglesby-Henry.
Prosecutors said Farmer broke a garage window to gain entry into Ogglesby-Henry's home.
According to our media partners, Farmer was previously arrested in July on charges of domestic violence and assault.
Ogglesby-Henry was also listed as the victim in that case. However, those charges were dismissed.
