Another separate verified video shows several police officers on the same bridge moments later. In that footage, one officer is seen performing CPR on a man who appears lifeless, as a voice off camera can be heard shouting, “He’s dead, he’s dead.”
Nearby, another man, also appearing unresponsive, has his shirt cut open with scissors by first responders. Bloodstains are visible on the ground, along with an armored vest and at least eight spent bullet casings. At this time, authorities have not confirmed whether the men seen on the ground are the same individuals shown firing weapons in the earlier footage.
The videos also capture the emotional toll of the scene. One person nearby is seen vomiting and is advised by others to move away from the area.
